Digital & Downloadable Products:
Due to the nature of digital and downloadable products, all sales are final.

These products are not eligible for returns or refunds once the purchase is completed.

Therapy Sessions:
Refunds for Therapy sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you wish to request a refund, please contact us directly to discuss the details of your situation.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.

Cancellations

24 hours notice is required for any cancellations.
You can reschedule your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before your appointment time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours, that session will be deducted from your pre-paid session block.
