I cannot say enough great things about David Junga and Junga Health! I spent 8 months doing guided pulmonary rehab via Zoom with David in preparation for my double lung transplant on May 1, 2023. The personalized care, expertise, and dedication David provided were truly life-changing. Thanks to the work we did together, I was only hospitalized for 8 days—remarkable compared to the typical 14 to 21 days for such a procedure. Now, 16 months post-transplant, I’m walking 4 to 6 miles per day, feeling stronger than ever, and have not been readmitted once. David's guidance played a major role in my recovery, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his support. I highly recommend Junga Health to anyone looking for comprehensive and effective rehabilitation!

I have been working on posture alignment with David for several years and I am very grateful for the help he provided me. Hip pain, neck pain, gone sometimes in an instant. But maybe the most comforting is David's constant and cheerful encouragement. Do something good for yourself: trust him.

– You will learn and execute your exercises making sure you are breathing correctly and have proper form and posture throughout.

– Recap the day’s session, formulate a plan for the next session and go over your homework.

What is the benefit of doing my exercises on a daily basis?
By practicing your breathing, strengthening, stretching and Posture Therapy exercises daily, you will be building a strong mind, body, spirit foundation.

This foundation will help you become/have:

Like they say: “Use it or lose it!”

How long will it take me to see/feel results?

 The 7 Keys to Success

1. Please understand that this is a process, NOT a quick fix.

2. Remember to practice our proprietary FCB© breathing method and combine it with all movements/exercises.

3. Do your homework! Try to do your exercises 4-5 days per week.

4. Go at your own pace! Your body will get stronger especially if you perform your exercises consistently and coordinate your breathing properly with your movements.

5. Focus on proper posture & body alignment – feet straight, fist width apart, shoulders down and slightly pinched and a level chin.

6. Tell us if you notice your body is compensating during the exercises (such as leaning to one side) or any pain/discomfort.

7. Follow up with us to discuss your progress in an open and honest manner.

How many sessions will I need?

The standard curriculum is twice (2x) per week for 15 weeks. I always say ‘start with 10 sessions and see the results’.

Most of my clients continue because they have noticed it helps improving their breathing and their quality of life and they want to complete the curriculum.

What is the Junga Method©?

At Junga Health, we believe that true wellness comes from the harmonious integration of mind, body, and spirit.

The Junga Method is the embodiment of this philosophy, a comprehensive approach designed to help you breathe better, get stronger, and live longer—all with improved posture and less pain.

Our proprietary Flow Controlled Breathing© technique lies at the heart of the Junga Method. Developed in 1999, this innovative approach has been the foundation of our successful Pulmonary Rehabilitation practice for over two decades.

In 2011, we recognized the powerful synergy between pulmonary care and posture therapy, leading us to integrate Posture Therapy into Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Flow Controlled Breathing© into Posture Therapy.

This fusion created a unique, holistic model that empowers our clients to take control of their health and well-being.

Our Journey

The Junga Method© began in 2011, when our founder, David Junga, RRT, PAS, saw the need to expand the benefits of Pulmonary Rehabilitation by incorporating Posture Therapy.

David understood that proper posture is essential not only for physical alignment but also for optimal breathing and overall health.

By adding Flow Controlled Breathing© to Posture Therapy, he created a revolutionary approach that addresses the body as a whole.

The results were immediate and remarkable. Our clients began experiencing significant improvements in their health, from increased lung capacity and reduced pain to better posture and a stronger sense of well-being.

This transformative combination of therapies solidified our place as pioneers in the therapy world.
